With leaner marketing budgets comes lots of talk about ROI… lots of talk but little actual measurement. More often, marketers talk about ROI as a concept, not an actual ratio… that’s because too few marketers are quant geeks. I have a feeling that if we measured ROI for something like blogging… well, we’d all be committing blogocide.
